Napa Cabbage Salad With Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 napa cabbage also known as Chinese cabbage
  • 2 apples Gala or another sweet variety
  • 1 banana
  • 250 g yogurt plain and preferably full-fat

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, mix the yoghurt and maple syrup.
  2. Dice the apples and banana into small chunks. Slice the cabbage into narrow, bite-sized strips.
  3. Add the chopped fruits and vegetables to the salad bowl and mix together.
