Brussels Sprout Quiche With Pear and Feta

Ingredients
- 1 pastry dough shortcrust or puff pastry
- 1 kg brussels sprouts
- 4 pears in slices
- 250 g feta
- 5 eggs
- 500 mL milk
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. In a bowl, mix the cream with the herbs and crushed garlic.
- Peal the potatoes and slice them using a mandolin. Spread the potatoes in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them, then sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Increase the temperature to 210°C and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese turns gold-brown.
